As the busy Christmas season approaches, we hope to make your experience shopping with us as seamless as possible! Whether you're shopping in store or online this year, there are some important dates to keep in your diary to make sure everything is ready for the big day!

Online Orders Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates
If you’re doing your Christmas shopping with us online, please have all your orders in to us by midnight on the cut-off date listed for your state in the table below. This will give you the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery!

While some of these dates can seem early, we do rely on our lovely posties and courier drivers to get your orders to you on time - and this is their busiest time! Of course, we are happy to receive your orders after these dates, but the more time you allow for postage, the better. We will do everything we can to get your orders to you in time for Christmas.
Click & Collect Orders
Tuesday 23rd December 2025: Click and Collect Cut-Off
If you’re shopping with us online and want to collect your gifts from our store, please have your orders in to us by midnight on Tuesday 23rd December for pick up on Christmas Eve. This gives us plenty of time to get all your goodies ready for you to come and collect before we close the doors on Christmas Eve!
Christmas Eve Opening Hours : 9am - 2pm
Wednesday 24th December: Christmas Eve Our store will remain open on Christmas Eve for all your last minute gift shopping, decorating and entertaining needs. We close the doors just after lunch, so make sure you’re in early to tick everything off your list! We’ll be open early from 9am so you can get everything sorted in the morning and head home to relax in the afternoon with family and friends!

Holiday Hours
Our store will be closed from lunchtime on Christmas Eve, re-opening for 2026 in early January. You can continue to shop with us online during our Summer Holiday break, but please note that all orders placed during this time will be shipped out from 6th January 2026.
