As the busy Christmas season approaches, we hope to make your experience shopping with us as seamless as possible! Whether you're shopping in store or online this year, there are some important dates to keep in your diary to make sure everything is ready for the big day!
Click & Collect Orders
Sunday 22nd December 2022: Click and Collect Cut Off If you’re shopping with us online and want to collect your gifts from our store, please have your orders in to us by midnight on Sunday 22nd December for pick up by Christmas Eve. This gives us plenty of time to get all your goodies ready for you to come and collect before we close the doors on Christmas Eve!
Tuesday 24th December: Christmas Eve Our store will remain open on Christmas Eve for all your last minute gift shopping, decorating and entertaining needs. We close the doors just after lunch, so make sure you’re in early to tick everything off your list! We’ll be open early from 9am so you can get everything sorted in the morning and head home to relax in the afternoon with family and friends!

Online Christmas Delivery Cut Off
If you’re doing your Christmas shopping with us online, please try to have all your orders in to us by midnight on the cut off date listed for your state in the table below. This will give you the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery!

It might seem early, but we do rely on our lovely couriers, and postmen and women to get your order to your door and this is their busiest time of year. Of course, we are happy to receive your orders after this day, but the more time you allow for postage, the better! We will do everything we can to get your Christmas gifts to you for the big day.
Holiday Hours
Our store will be closed from lunchtime on Christmas Eve, re-opening for 2025 in early January.You can continue to shop with us online during our Summer Holiday break, but please note that all orders placed during this time will be shipped out from 8th January 2025.
