How to decorate with Christmas Wreaths

A Christmas wreath is one of the most iconic pieces of Christmas decorating. 
Originally viewed as a symbol of everlasting life the Christmas wreath is now a Christmas decorating staple. 
Wreaths are most commonly used to adorn your front door at Christmas time however there are many other ways these beautiful foliage rings can be used inside the home. 

Table centerpiece 

Christmas wreaths work really well as a centrepiece for your Christmas table, especially if you have a round table.

Decorate your interior doors

Christmas wreaths aren't only for use outside. Try placing one on a prominent internal door of your house. 

Above a mantlepiece 

Christmas wreaths look wonderful hung above a mantle piece or console table. Simply hang where you would usually place an artwork. You can continue the Christmas decorating down to the top of the mantle too. A Christmas garland, some fairy lights and some little Christmas ornaments are all you need to complete the look. 

Add some fairy lights

Fairy lights make such a wonderful addition to any Christmas display and adding them into a Christmas wreath can really make them pop. Some of our wreaths are pre-lit with built in LED lights ready to go so all you need to do is add batteries. 

How to decorate with Christmas Garlands

Christmas garlands have such a luxurious Christmas feel. 
They are a very versatile decorating tool that can have big impact! 

Decorate your bannister

Add some Christmas cheer to your staircase with a Christmas garland running down your bannister. It can wrap around or be attached below the handrail. 

Long table centrepiece

Christmas garlands are a fabulous way to decorate your Christmas table. Simply drape the garland down the centre of your table on top of your tablecloth or table runner. 
If you want to take it further you can add fairy lights, candles and any other Christmas decorations of your choosing. You can keep it as simple or as elaborate as you like!

Nothing says Christmas like a garland over a fireplace. 
Simply place your Christmas garland over your mantlepiece and add any other decorations you may choose. Fairy lights are always wonderful on a mantlepiece. You can also add tapered candles or even flameless candles to really enhance the Christmas feel.
