These baskets have been created in partnership with talented fair trade artisans from around the world, using time honoured traditional techniques passed down through generations. This basket has been handcrafted in Indonesia.
Made from Kubu rattan, a sustainable species of cane that grows abundantly and wild in many areas of South East Asia. After harvesting, it is sun dried and then soaked in a natural water bath, which makes it pliable for weaving and produces its distinctive, warm colour.
Made by hand using natural materials, each basket is unique. It is common for hand crafted products to vary slightly in size, so to be safe please allow a variance size of 10% when making a decision for your space.

Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Shipping Calculation
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 going to select Metro areas. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the cubic weight of your item and their destination. As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress. *Free shipping does not apply to sale items and bulky pieces including furniture and some rugs. Selected other items may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case it will be noted in the product description.
Courier Delivery
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible. There can sometimes be delays on these networks due to couriers staff shortages. To ensure your parcel arrives on time we do recommend allowing plenty of time to account for possible delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
