MADE TO ORDER
Many artwork items are made to order. Dispatch of your order will usually be within 4-6 weeks of your purchase date.
DISPATCH
Your print may be delivered directly from the framers themselves, or we will ship your piece from our Sydney store.
As soon as your package has been collected from us or the framer you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress.
If you would prefer to collect your item from our store, please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order.
MEASUREMENT ADVICE
We strongly recommend taking measurements to ensure that your new piece will not only fit into its intended new home, but can be manoeuvred easily into position taking into account the size of doorways, stairways, elevators etc.
SHIPPING
Due to the fragility and size of our artworks, a delivery fee does apply to this piece. Any free delivery offers do not apply to this order. Store pick up is available free of charge.
As delivery costs can vary greatly depending on the item size, and your location, we prefer to offer tailored delivery quotes. This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase.
We work with a number of delivery services to ensure we give you the best possible option for cost, time and quality of service.
