About the fabric 

The Seaford upholstered bedhead is made from Chambray Cotton/Polyester blend fabric.
The model we have in store is Dusty Blue.
You can see the fabrics in store or contact us to request a sample.
Alternative fabrics and colours are available. Please contact us for more information.

Tip: You can opt to add legs to any of our bedheads to give them an extra 20cm of height, and to allow for easier access to powerpoints behind the bed.

Delivery 

Our standard delivery fee of $100 applies within Sydney metropolitan. For delivery addresses outside Sydney metropolitan, please contact our team for a quote and a guide on shipping times.

Return & Exchange

Special Order Returns Policy.

Please choose carefully.

This is a special order product and is not able to be returned for an exchange or refund due to change of mind, or if it does not suit your home.
We highly recommend taking extra care to check your measurements of both your home and the item you are ordering to avoid any disappointment.

Faults or other queries

If you believe you have received a product with a fault, please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly.

Rug Orders

We encourage you to purchase a sample or 80x150cm rug before purchasing a larger size. These are fully refundable once returned to us.

Please take careful measurements to ensure you are happy with your design choice and size of rug before proceeding with your purchase.
We want you to love the rug you buy from us, however if you change your mind, please note that you will be offered a store credit only. This does not expire and can be used at any time.
This item must be returned, at your cost, to us within 14 days after you receive it and must be in unused “as new” condition.
If you would prefer a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. 

Use of Rug Recommendations

Please consider where you intend to place your rug. Rugs are intended to be placed on hard floors only. Do not place rugs on on carpeted floors where the rug will move, kick up and not sit flat. We will not accept returns where rugs have been placed in situations where the floors are carpeted or not perfectly flat and firm.

Store pick up is available free of charge.

As these costs can vary greatly depending on the item size, and your location, we prefer to offer tailored delivery quotes for our furniture deliveries outside of Sydney metropolitan.

We work with a number of delivery services to ensure we give you the best possible option for cost, time and quality of service.
Due to the size and weight of this piece we are unable to deliver to some areas.
