If you’ve already signed up to our loyalty program in store, or if you’ve previously shopped with us online, then you’re automatically in! Make sure you’re logged in for any online purchases to redeem your points, or mention that you’re part of the loyalty program when you shop with us in store!

Please note: Make sure that the email address you enter is the same one that you would have provided to us before. This will ensure any existing points you have on your account are available to view and use online.

You’ll earn points for every purchase made both online and in store.
Receive 1 point for every dollar spent.

You can earn points by simply making a purchase online or in store. $1 spent = 1 point added to your account. Some exclusions apply.

How do I redeem my points? 

Your may redeem your points for a voucher towards your next Pepperwhites purchase once you earn 500 points or more.

The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed towards a single purchase is 2500 points.

Vouchers are earned in 500 point increments. 

500 points = $10 voucher 
1000 points = $20 voucher 
1500 points = $30 voucher 
2000 points = $40 voucher 
2500 points = $50 voucher

Vouchers may be used on transactions of $50 or more. Each voucher is single use. 

One voucher only per transaction. Vouchers may not be redeemed in conjunction with other discounts or vouchers, though you may redeem them in conjunction with a gift card.

Make sure you’re logged in to your account using your Pepperwhites loyalty program email address and password. In the bottom left corner of the screen, click on ‘earn points’ and navigate to the ‘redeem’ tab. 

Here you will see any available rewards listed with an option to ‘claim’ your reward. Click on  ‘claim’ to generate a voucher code. Enter this voucher code at the checkout to apply the reward to your purchase. 

Once you have claimed your reward voucher, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from your loyalty account, and your points balance will reflect your new total (i.e. $10 voucher will remove 500 points from your balance). To earn a higher reward voucher, keep saving your points on purchases until you reach the appropriate number of points for a reward. 

Once you have ‘claimed’ your points online, the voucher code issued can be used once only, on a purchase made within 6 months of the date it was issued. One voucher only may be used per transaction. 

Provide your email address or phone number to the team member assisting you at point of sale. We’ll check your points balance; and if you wish to redeem an available voucher, we’ll apply it to your purchase.

Yes, the minimum order value must be $50 or more in order to redeem your Pepperwhites loyalty points. The maximum point redemption towards a single order is 2500 points, or a $50 voucher.

You may not redeem your points in combination with other discounts or discount codes. However, you can redeem your points and use a Pepperwhites gift card in the same transaction.

When you return an item, any points you would have earned on that item when you purchased it will be removed from your account.

If you return an item, any points used towards the purchase of that item will be automatically added back to your account. 

Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity on your account. 

If you don’t make a purchase in store or online for 6 months, your points will expire. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know when and if your points are close to expiry.  

To view your points balance, log in to your loyalty account online, and click on ‘earn points’ at the bottom left of the screen. You can also see your progress towards the next voucher amount here, under the ‘redeem’ tab. 

Our team in store can also check your balance for you. 

Points from your most recent purchase will display within a day of your last purchase. You may redeem your points for a voucher as soon as you have reached the required amount of points for that voucher value.

We put a lot of love into our newsletters, and hope you’ll look forward to receiving them in your inbox each week.

If you do choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will continue to receive email notifications related to your loyalty account, including notification of when you have earned a reward; or if and when your points are due for expiry.

Some exclusions do apply.
Loyalty points will not be awarded on delivery or shipping fees.

Loyalty points are for personal shopping accounts only. Wholesale and Trade accounts are not eligible for inclusion in our loyalty program, and purchases made using these accounts will not earn points.

If you think you may have more than one loyalty account with us, it may be because we have more than one email address for you on file. 

Get in touch with our team by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au or call 02 9555 1545, and let us know your preferred email address so that we can merge any duplicate accounts we may have for you. 

When your accounts are merged, we’ll combine your points into one account for you. You won’t lose any in the process.
