As a small, boutique business, we are very transparent with our returns policy. Please choose carefully, as for health and safety reasons, we do not offer exchange or refund on certain items unless the item is faulty.

Faults or other queries If you believe you have received a product with a fault, or it has been wrongly described, we're here to help. Please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.auwith your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly. Where possible, please include a photograph of the item to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
We do everything we can to get your packages out the door as soon as possible. Our team works hard to ensure the majority of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should anything delay your order leaving us, a member of our team will be in touch.
Shipping Calculation
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 going to select Metro areas. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the cubic weight of your item and their destination. As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress. *Free shipping does not apply to sale items and bulky pieces including furniture and some rugs. Selected other items may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case it will be noted in the product description.
Courier Delivery
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible. There can sometimes be delays on these networks due to couriers staff shortages. To ensure your parcel arrives on time we do recommend allowing plenty of time to account for possible delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
