Pepperwhites Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

The Pepperwhites Loyalty Program (“Program”) is operated by Pepperwhites Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least the age of majority in their state or territory.

Employees of Pepperwhites and their immediate family members are not eligible to earn points or rewards.

3. JOINING THE PROGRAM

You can join the Program by signing up on our website, in-store, or via any other official channel we provide.

By signing up, you consent to receive marketing emails related to your membership, rewards, points balance, exclusive offers, and program updates.

4. EARNING POINTS & REWARDS

Points are awarded according to the rules displayed at the time of your purchase or activity.

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. REDEMPTION OF POINTS

Pepperwhites is not responsible for lost points or rewards resulting from incorrect information.

You may review your points balance and rewards via your online account.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You may not attempt to manipulate the Program, create multiple accounts to earn points fraudulently, or transfer points to others.

Abuse of the Program may result in the forfeiture of points, suspension of your account, or removal from the Program.

9. PRIVACY

Your personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Participation in the Program constitutes consent to the collection and use of personal information for loyalty and marketing purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepperwhites is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from participation in the Program.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
