What’s the difference between marble and alabaster?

Marble and alabaster are both exquisite materials renowned for their timeless elegance and distinctive characteristics, yet they possess distinct qualities that set them apart. Marble is remarkably durable and strong, making it an ideal choice for candle holders and can withstand frequent use. Its natural veining patterns and variations in colour add a touch of sophistication and uniqueness to each piece. The stone is opaque and you will only see the candle light glow from any openings on the candle holder.

What kind of candles do I need?

Most of the candles holders in this collection are designed for use with standard tealight candles. There is a brought variety of tealight candles available. We prefer to use Beeswax Tealight candles as they glow brighter than regular tealight candles and will often have a longer burn time.
