This is a special order product and is not able to be returned for an exchange or refund due to change of mind, or if it does not suit your home. We highly recommend taking extra care to check your measurements of both your home and the item you are ordering to avoid any disappointment.

We encourage you to purchase a sample or 80x150cm rug before purchasing a larger size. These are fully refundable once returned to us.
Please take careful measurements to ensure you are happy with your design choice and size of rug before proceeding with your purchase. We want you to love the rug you buy from us, however if you change your mind, please note that you will be offered a store credit only. This does not expire and can be used at any time. This item must be returned, at your cost, to us within 14 days after you receive it and must be in unused “as new” condition. If you would prefer a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Use of Rug Recommendations
Please consider where you intend to place your rug. Rugs are intended to be placed on hard floors only. Do not place rugs on on carpeted floors where the rug will move, kick up and not sit flat. We will not accept returns where rugs have been placed in situations where the floors are carpeted or not perfectly flat and firm.
SYDNEY METROPOLITAN A delivery fee does apply for this piece. Within Sydney metropolitan, our standard furniture delivery fee is $100 per order. This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase. Any free delivery promotions do not apply to this piece.
OUTSIDE SYDNEY METROPOLITAN A delivery fee does apply for this piece. As these costs can vary greatly depending on the item size, and your location, we prefer to offer tailored delivery quotes for our furniture deliveries outside of Sydney metropolitan. This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase. We work with a number of delivery services to ensure we give you the best possible option for cost, time and quality of service.
