Our Byron Wall Lamp is a special order item. Stock is not always available in store. Your order will ship within 7 days of purchase. If for any reason your lamp isn't available to ship within this time we will be in touch as soon as possible. Please read return & exchange tab for special order returns policy.
We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but we understand there are certain circumstances where you may want to return a product. Changed your mind? Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Please note: Return postage is not covered on change of mind returns.
Faults or other queries If you believe you have received a product with a fault, or it has been wrongly described, we're here to help. DISPATCH To ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, most orders for this item are shipped directly to you from our supplier. You will be sent tracking information as soon as this is available to us.
SHIPPING CALCULATION FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 for select areas only. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your items, and their destination. Some items require a shipping quote. If this is the case you will be told at checkout and one of our team members will be in touch with more information.
