Changed your mind?
Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Please note: Return postage is not covered on change of mind returns.

Faults or other queries
If you believe you have received a product with a fault, or it has been wrongly described, we're here to help. Please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly. Where possible, please include a photograph of the item to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

DISPATCH
To ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, most orders for this item are shipped directly to you from our supplier. You will be sent tracking information as soon as this is available to us.
