These artworks are made to order in Melbourne. Please allow approx. 6 weeks for production of your piece with shipping time to follow. If you need your artwork sooner than this please get in touch and we will see if it is possible to have your piece completed any sooner. Additional fees may apply.
This is a special order product and is not able to be returned for an exchange or refund due to change of mind, or if it does not suit your home. We highly recommend taking extra care to check your measurements of both your home and the item you are ordering to avoid any disappointment.
Faults or other queries
If you believe you have received a product with a fault, please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly.
We encourage you to purchase a sample or 80x150cm rug before purchasing a larger size. These are fully refundable once returned to us.
Please take careful measurements to ensure you are happy with your design choice and size of rug before proceeding with your purchase. We want you to love the rug you buy from us, however if you change your mind, please note that you will be offered a store credit only. This does not expire and can be used at any time. This item must be returned, at your cost, to us within 14 days after you receive it and must be in unused “as new” condition. If you would prefer a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Use of Rug Recommendations
Please consider where you intend to place your rug. Rugs are intended to be placed on hard floors only. Do not place rugs on on carpeted floors where the rug will move, kick up and not sit flat. We will not accept returns where rugs have been placed in situations where the floors are carpeted or not perfectly flat and firm.
DISPATCH To ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, most orders for this item are shipped directly to you from our supplier. You will be sent tracking information as soon as this is available to us.
SHIPPING CALCULATION FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 for select areas only. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your items, and their destination. Some items require a shipping quote. If this is the case you will be told at checkout and one of our team members will be in touch with more information.
*Free shipping does not apply to bulky items including furniture, and some rugs.
