This is a special order product and is not able to be returned for an exchange or refund due to change of mind, or if it does not suit your home.

Rug Orders
We encourage you to purchase a sample or 80x150cm rug before purchasing a larger size. These are fully refundable once returned to us.
Please take careful measurements to ensure you are happy with your design choice and size of rug before proceeding with your purchase.
We want you to love the rug you buy from us, however if you change your mind, please note that you will be offered a store credit only. This does not expire and can be used at any time.
This item must be returned, at your cost, to us within 14 days after you receive it and must be in unused “as new” condition.
If you would prefer a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Use of Rug Recommendations
Please consider where you intend to place your rug. Rugs are intended to be placed on hard floors only. Do not place rugs on on carpeted floors where the rug will move, kick up and not sit flat. We will not accept returns where rugs have been placed in situations where the floors are carpeted or not perfectly flat and firm.
Dispatch
We do everything we can to get your packages out the door as soon as possible. Our team works hard to ensure the majority of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should anything delay your order leaving us, a member of our team will be in touch.
Shipping Calculation
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 going to select Metro areas.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the cubic weight of your item and their destination.
As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress.
*Free shipping does not apply to sale items and bulky pieces including furniture and some rugs. Selected other items may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case it will be noted in the product description.
Courier Delivery
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.
There can sometimes be delays on these networks due to couriers staff shortages. To ensure your parcel arrives on time we do recommend allowing plenty of time to account for possible delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
