Returns on furniture pieces will be offered a store credit only
For refunds, a restocking fee of 20% will apply

Any returns on this item due to change of mind will attract a restocking fee of 20% of the price of each item. Any items to be returned must be in original, saleable condition. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange safe delivery of the item back to our store within 14 days of purchase. Should a pickup be required, a charge will apply. Your original delivery fee will not be refunded.

We do everything we can to get your packages out the door as soon as possible. Our team works hard to ensure the majority of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should anything delay your order leaving us, a member of our team will be in touch.
Shipping Calculation
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 going to select Metro areas. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the cubic weight of your item and their destination. As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress. *Free shipping does not apply to sale items and bulky pieces including furniture and some rugs. Selected other items may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case it will be noted in the product description.
Courier Delivery
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible. There can sometimes be delays on these networks due to couriers staff shortages. To ensure your parcel arrives on time we do recommend allowing plenty of time to account for possible delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
