However, we encourage you to shop with us online, as our team continue to pack and ship orders out daily. If your products are available to click and collect from our stores, you will be given the option to pick up your order at the final stage of the checkout. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as your order is ready. You will not be charged for shipping. If you have already paid for shipping but would prefer to collect your order, send us an email at shop@taradennis.com with your order number, and we can organise a contactless collection instead. Your shipping will be refunded should you choose to collect.
Our team are available in our Balmain store from 9am-1pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-11am Saturday. Once we have called you to let you know that your order is ready, you can collect anytime during these hours.

If the store you want to collect from is not shown as an available option for pick up, this may mean we do not have your products currently available in that store. However, you can still order from us and we will post your order to you. Absolutely! If your order is a gift, simply select 'gift wrapping' at the checkout, and add a note if you wish. You may want to consider buying a card, and we can write in it for you.

Yes. The safety of our customers and our team is our highest priority. When you arrive at our store to collect your order, please knock or ring the doorbell. A team member will meet you to ask you for your details, and your order will be brought to the door for contactless collection.
