We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but we understand there are certain circumstances where you may want to return a product. Changed your mind? Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Please note: Return postage is not covered on change of mind returns.
Faults or other queries If you believe you have received a product with a fault, or it has been wrongly described, we're here to help. Please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly. Where possible, please include a photograph of the item to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible. For more information please see our full returns policy.
Many artwork items are made to order. Dispatch of your order will usually be within 4-6 weeks of your purchase date.
DISPATCH Your print may be delivered directly from the framers themselves, or we will ship your piece from our Sydney store.
As soon as your package has been collected from us or the framer you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress.
If you would prefer to collect your item from our store, please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order.
MEASUREMENT ADVICE
We strongly recommend taking measurements to ensure that your new piece will not only fit into its intended new home, but can be manoeuvred easily into position taking into account the size of doorways, stairways, elevators etc.
SHIPPING
Due to the fragility and size of our artworks, a delivery fee does apply to this piece. Any free delivery offers do not apply to this order. Store pick up is available free of charge.
As delivery costs can vary greatly depending on the item size, and your location, we prefer to offer tailored delivery quotes. This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase.
We work with a number of delivery services to ensure we give you the best possible option for cost, time and quality of service.
