Furniture Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but we understand there are certain circumstances where you may want to return a product.
As a small boutique business, we are very transparent with our returns policy.
This piece is classified as part of our furniture range, and the following will apply:

• Returns on furniture pieces will be offered a store credit only
• For refunds, a restocking fee of 20% will apply
• All delivery fees are non-refundable

Please choose carefully
We recommend that you carefully consider your measurements, and the style and colour of this item before finalising your order with us.
Any returns on this item due to change of mind will attract a restocking fee of 20% of the price of each item.
Any items to be returned must be in original, saleable condition.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange safe delivery of the item back to our store within 14 days of purchase.
Should a pickup be required, a charge will apply.
Your original delivery fee will not be refunded. 

Faults or other queries
If you believe you have received a product with a fault, we're here to help.
Please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly.
Where possible, please include a photograph of the item to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

SYDNEY METROPOLITAN 

A delivery fee does apply for this piece.
Within Sydney metropolitan, our oversize furniture delivery fee is $150 per order.
Any free delivery promotions do not apply to this piece.

Store pick up is available free of charge. 

OUTSIDE SYDNEY METROPOLITAN

Due to the size and weight of this piece we are unable to deliver to some areas.
 
A delivery fee does apply for this piece. As these costs can vary greatly depending on the item size, and your location, we prefer to offer tailored delivery quotes for our furniture deliveries outside of Sydney metropolitan. 
This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase.
We work with a number of delivery services to ensure we give you the best possible option for cost, time and quality of service.

DISPATCH
Dispatch of your furniture piece can usually be arranged within 2-3 weeks of your purchase date.
