Care Information Dishwasher Safe
Dishwasher Advice When using a dishwasher to clean your cutlery it is recommended using vertical dishwasher baskets and avoid overcrowding, to reduce scratching. Once the wash cycle has finished take a few moments to remove your cutlery and to restore its natural finish by polishing with a dry soft cloth. This is more important with knives as they are made from different steel and are more prone to corrosion if left in the moist atmosphere of the drying cycle on a regular basis.
Hand Washing Advice Hand washing cutlery is always the most gentle and kindest way to wash cutlery. Leaving the cutlery to soak first and then air drying is not recommended. Please wash and dry the cutlery as soon as possible and not let them drain and dry on its own afterwards as this may leave watermarks.

Please let us know within a day of receiving your parcel so that we can coordinate a return, and organise an exchange or store credit. Shipping Calculation
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $200 going to select Metro areas. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the cubic weight of your item and their destination. As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress. *Free shipping does not apply to sale items and bulky pieces including furniture and some rugs. Selected other items may not be eligible for free shipping. In this case it will be noted in the product description.
Courier Delivery
We use a number of courier networks to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible. There can sometimes be delays on these networks due to couriers staff shortages. To ensure your parcel arrives on time we do recommend allowing plenty of time to account for possible delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day.
