Each design is printed on 260gsm Matte paper, then mounted and framed with a high quality timber moulding (40mm depth and a 20mm face reveal).

This is a special order product and is not able to be returned for an exchange or refund due to change of mind, or if it does not suit your home.
We highly recommend taking extra care to check your measurements of both your home and the item you are ordering to avoid any disappointment.

Faults or other queries

If you believe you have received a product with a fault, please contact us by emailing shop@pepperwhites.com.au with your order or receipt number, and a member of our team will get in touch with you directly.

Rug Orders

We encourage you to purchase a sample or 80x150cm rug before purchasing a larger size. These are fully refundable once returned to us.

Please take careful measurements to ensure you are happy with your design choice and size of rug before proceeding with your purchase.
We want you to love the rug you buy from us, however if you change your mind, please note that you will be offered a store credit only. This does not expire and can be used at any time.
This item must be returned, at your cost, to us within 14 days after you receive it and must be in unused “as new” condition.
If you would prefer a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Delivery Information

DISPATCH
Our artworks are made to order and will be dispatched with in approximately 4-6 weeks from purchase. Your print may be delivered directly from the framers themselves, or we will ship your piece from one of our Sydney stores. If you would prefer to collect your item from one of our stores, please let us know as soon as possible after placing your order.

SHIPPING CALCULATION
FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $150 going to QLD, NSW and VIC.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your items, and their destination.
As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress.

*Free shipping does not apply to bulky items including furniture, and some rugs.
