If you believe you have received a product with a fault, or it has been wrongly described, we're here to help. Where possible, please include a photograph of the item to help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

DISPATCH
We do everything we can to get your packages out the door as soon as possible. Our team works hard to ensure the majority of our orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Should anything delay your order leaving us, a member of our team will be in touch.

FREE SHIPPING is available for most orders* over $150 going to QLD, NSW and VIC.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your items, and their destination.
As soon as your package has been collected from us you will receive tracking information that allows you to follow its progress.
*Free shipping does not apply to bulky items including furniture, and some rugs.
